Application case 9: Special carbon calcinations control system

一、          Carbon baking prediction optimization control system

1.     Overview of the roaster

The burning control system of carbon calciner is used in 1 room 16 roaster. Roaster is open ring sealing furnace, 3 gas well 3 container. According to the demand of baking process curve to the stove fire passage for heating, make the fuel (hot) gas fully burning in the flame path; So green, the baking process into baking, carbon. Built-in devices include gas burners, smoke and temperature and pressure detection, gas equipment, including manual and automatic adjustment. Each furnace chamber has three automatic burners with wind. A total of 1 set of combustion system and control system.

4.     Temperature index of controllable technology

Detection of temperature: maximum temperature of every spot inside the high-temperature furnace: ±60℃. Maximum vertical temperature inside the furnace: ±50℃. Temperature of flame path: ±35℃.

5.     Description of function

According to the demand of baking process curve to the furnace heating, assure the sufficient combustion of the fuel in the fire within the flame path

Automatic display heating amount (that is, how much for the fuel quantity), the cumulative flow, automatically adjust the fuel flow

The furnace combustion within the annular total flue waste gas discharged into the furnace (exhaust pressure provided by the tenderer)

According to the set temperature curve, the valve opens the path of the fire smoke at the mouth of the degree of adjustment to when location, provide reasonable negative pressure within the flame path to the fire

Has the function of detecting various control point temperature and the temperature signal to the central control room, for adjusting the control points of cold gas.

Heat furnace chamber and cool naturally

二、          Structure of hardware

Using frame structure, basic technical requirements and the quantity supplied (each furnace)

1.     Burning frame (fire-bridge)

Classification: the main combustion 2 sets, auxiliary combustion 1 set

Burner of cold gas

Connecting method of burner metal hose (1500 mm, 6 strips)

Manual ball valve: 6 sets

Take dg125 flange connection metal corrugated pipe 2, ball valves for 2 sets

Three cold gas regulator, used to regulate the amount of cold gas temperature need to size, 1 meter

Secondary air distribution valve is 3 units, fan, frequency converter, flowmeter 1 (or use the manual air distribution burner)

Main pressure switch: 2 sets

Anti-back fire safety valve: 2 sets

Control cabinet: 2 sets (including two temperature inspection instruments (optional)

Thermocouple: fire way for six, two container

1 set of auxiliary combustion frame contains

Attached with air cooling gas burner 3 manually

Note: if fully automatic, it will need 2 electric flashboard valves, 2 thermocouples; the main negative pressure table is pressure transmitter. 2 control cabinets, 2 sets of temperature inspection instrument.

3.     Temperature/pressure measurement

4.     Public electrical communication system

Blast, cooling rack 16 sets of power supply system

16 sets of burning aircraft power supply system

Cable trough: 100 meters

Cable: according to the actual laying length calculation

Compensation conductor: according to the actual laying length calculation

5.     Control system

It consists of computer control system of the basic functions including display, storage (a year), data processing and alarm, etc.  consists of instrument of the scene display systems including display, detection, alarm, etc

Features:

It can complete a variety of temperature curve when designing in order to finish baking task of different carbon block. It is convenient to select the baking temperature curve when normal automatic baking works.
