Application case 21: Summary of the comprehensive dispatching system

1 The CMMES architecture of CIMAC

1.1 The concept of implementing enterprise information production management

Contemporary advanced Information technology is the most effective way to promote the enterprise reform and the development of productivity. How to make the enterprise achieve the best efficiency after implementing information production management, enable enterprises to improve production efficiency, increase efficiency, reaches the most optimization of enterprise resources? So the following two points must be done in the construction of enterprise implementing information: firstly, to do reliable full, effective control of the entire production process, and be able to complete provide the production information to management; secondly, through the optimization plan to optimal scheduling in the management, feedback the optimization of operating information of management to the control layer, so that doing the production adjustment, implementation of the enterprise resource optimization. To make a long story short, the process of implementing the enterprise information is continuous effectively making use of the scheduling of optimizing the information resources, directly to the object, so that it is adjusted to the optimal state, the highest efficiency of production; bring the best benefit for enterprises.

1.2 The CM-MES typical function model of CIMAC

In the three layer system structure of production management system in the integrated control of digital enterprise, the second layer of MES is the key to realize the integrated control in the system. In recent years, the MES system continuous develops and improves. The typical function model is as shown in fig.:

2 The CM-MES engineering examples of CIMAC

2.1 The engineering application case 1

Project name:

The information network system engineering of Shandong Longkou Donghai Aluminium Co., Ltd.

The project task:

Establishing LAN of Donghai Aluminium Co. Ltd, by electrolysis, carbon production information resource database as the center, the production management as the core, establishing the management network system of electrolytic aluminium enterprises which is covering the company’s production management, quality testing laboratory, electrolytic cell files and the seamless integration with the industrial control system( the construction of electrolytic aluminium control integrated platform should be completed in the first phase of the project, and obligate the integrated interfaces of other control system and management system), building company’s information portal website, and realizing resources sharing, the business such as production scheduling, working and so on, networking and informationization,.

General situation of the project: (see figure <8>)

Project implementation:

The project typically belongs to the integrated control of digital production management system; all works are contracted and implemented by CIMAC. Based on project tasks, the level implementations of engineering are as follows:

1 Information collection of control layer: totally having 11 real-time monitoring system, which are divided into three period to access monitor information into real-time database through the gateway or other standard interface (see figure <8>)

2 The integration platform of control information: using the commercial real-time historical database ICMQL as the integration platform of control information, the database is installed in a dedicated database server.

3 The network system: using the backbone switch SWITCH4050, real-time and history database server and network to form the enterprise intranet.

4 the application systems: all application software, including: production planning, production scheduling, cost analysis, archives management of electrolytic tank, quality management, comprehensive analysis of production information and production report forms and so on, are built on the basis of Nanshan software platform, using the business components and production device in application, forming the application systems needed by automated assembly and rapid production based on the application system of workflow.

2.2 The engineering application case

Project name:

The first phase project of Shanxi Wangqu power plant, namely, the 2 × 600MW supercritical combustion unit instrumentation and control engineering

The project task:

The provided equipments are used for power plant control system DCS, plant supervisory information system SIS, power plant management information system, closed-circuit television system CCTV, simulation system and other instruments and control equipments.

The contractor:

The United States of America Honeywell company is played as the general contractor.

CIMAC is played as Sub contractor for all engineering services.

The implementation of DCS, SIS, MIS project:

General situation of SIS project (see figure <9>):


1 The control information of DCS1 and DCS2 get into the SIS system through the interface, and the hardware and software system of DCS are provided by the TPS system of Honeywell Company, the development of application software and the debugging engineering are completed by CIMAC.

2 Real-time historical database of SIS system is installed by Honeywell's Uniformance PHD products, and set in the two mutually standby servers.

3. SIS system using Honeywell Workcenter PKS based on Uniformance PHD to complete monitoring and checking of whole plant production process, using the real-time performance calculation of software package to complete plant performance calculation and index calculation.

4. Operation guide has the following function modules: the optimization of boiler combustion state, economic load dispatch, soot blowing optimization and other module.

5. SIS system access to the MIS system through the firewall, MIS system in support of the ORACLE database and real-time database, completes the following function modules: production statistics and checking, production planning, cost accounting, equipment repair management system, fuel management system, operation management system, material management system, safety management system, production technology management system, human resources management system, document management system etc.
